Refund & Returns Policy

At PureLashBloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used eyelash products cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
